| Yes, this is a very good headset for the money but because of the cheap design it's going to break at some point. You can feel how flimsy it is when you first put it on. Mine broke where the headpiece slides in an out of the earpiece section. I had to duck tape it but it still works. |

| Out of the box it's a decent unit. Sound quality is fine for the person on the other end and for me. I've been through a few of these and after about a year it stops working. I can hear the other person fine but the mic cuts out when it starts to age. |

If you are looking for a good headset for a low price then you found it. It more comfortable than the over-the-ear units because over-the-ear units weigh your ear down with prolong usage. The sound quality is just as good if not better than wireless headsets.
Positives:
+Low price
+Great sound quality
+There's no forgetting to charge the battery like wireless headset (I always forget to charge my wireless headset and bluetooth ear pieces).
+Comfortable during long use.
Negatives:
-There's a cord.
It's a must buy for people spending long hours on the phone obviously for ergonomic reasons. If you can get over the cord then this is a good purchase over other companies like Plantronics. |

| We have been using this headset for several years now and are quite happy with it. We get several years out of it. Just purchased a second one for another phone. It is really useful for talking on the phone while using the computer and typing. I don't like holding a phone to my ear for long phone calls so the comfort of a headset is really appreciated - No more hand going to sleep while holding a phone. These have a good sound quality at a very affordable price. I see headsets like these priced for a lot more money elsewhere. |
