| Got this after I upgraded from a 14-inch to a 16-inch laptop where my old Targus case barely fit my new 16-inch laptop. After careful consideration, I settled for the CPT400. My new laptop fits properly with room to spare for the power adapter on the side. As with the usual Targus cases, it is strong and sturdy, will absolutely protect your laptop while on the go. Another thing I liked with this model is the abundance of pouches where you can put just about anything that will complement your laptop--documents, pens, cables, discs, etc. It also a little pouch for your cellphone although I would not use it store my cellphone away while on the go for fear of being stolen or falling off. The rubber treading on the side acts like a sort of shock absorber to protect your laptop from the usual bumps or swings while carrying it. There is a zippered pouch on the side for quick access of documents and the zippered pouch on the rear will hold your documents or folders in place without wrinkling it. Overall a very worthy case for your laptop. The usual reputation of Targus as a maker of quality peripherals for your pc makes this highly recommended! |

| i bought this bag as a birthday present for my boyfriend. it's big enough to fit the 17 inch widescreen computer that he has. and he's able to put the power adapter and cords into the other pockets. even then, there's still more room for him to put his other stuff. seems like a really sturdy bag too - pretty padded in all the right places and seems like it's good quality. i would definitely buy this brand again. over all, he is really happy with it - he uses it all the time...sure beats carrying his laptop in a backpack that's too small!! |
