The CLI-8 from Canon is a pack of four high-capacity color ink cartridges that use long-lasting Chromalife ink for bright and vivid results. Compatible with Pixma models iP4200, iP5200, iP5200R, iP6600D, MP500, MP800, and MP950, each of these four ink cartridges yields up to 280 pages, based on five percent coverage. The ink is also resistant to fading and smudges, so everything you print is sharp and clear.

I received my Canon CLI-8 4-Color Multipack Ink Tanks that were sent in a thin cardboard box in a bubble lined package. The package had been left in my mailbox for hours. It is 95 degrees right now with a heat index of 99.5 degrees. When I opened the package, the box had been damaged on every side, and top and bottom. I took pictures because it was so bad. This would have been avoided if the sender had shipped the item in a box.
I would rather pay full price than deal with this kind of service.
The bad thing about this is the inconvenience even if the sender offered me an exchange or refund.

| These last longer in my Canon MX700 than the ink for a previous Epson printer did. Much longer. I don't use ink often, maybe a few pages a week, and the previous ink tanks lasted over 6 months! I haven't had any ink-related errors with Canon yet. It is worth it to get Canon ink because the generics have had errors on full tanks before, rendering the whole thing useless. |
